Femme.
Amanda's fifteen,
she's weird,but wonderful.
So in love with Jesus,
Liverpool, and a couple of
Korean stars.
Into music and singing,
loves chocolate frappes.

People ask me, "Why do you believe in God?
How do you know God exists?
What if God is a hoax?"
But I mean, why do people believe in love?
So many people kill each other;
our world is degrading,
divorces are at a all time high,
& a lot of people cheat on one another.
With all that, how can you believe in love?
When you hear it like that,
love just sounds like a hoax.
But when you see love,
when you feel love,
it gives you this hope.
That's why you hear about it all the time;
that's why it's the biggest issue in our world.
Love is something cliche as it sounds,
it's truly unexplainable.
God is unexplainable.
He sent his only son to die for us,
us humans who are so screwed up.
Love is the very foundation our universe is built upon.
Without love, none of us would be here.

See you in heaven.
My title's my new catchphrase now.
I finally came to my senses yesterday, upon hearing that my grandpa's(dad's side) bro,who is my 叔公,passed away.
Up till now, I don't know what caused his sudden death.
I don't even have time to ask my dad.
My parents went down to Malaysia to pay respects yesterday.
And me, I was at home doing my work and feeling so very guilty.

Why?
1) He's currently suffering down there, and I had not done anything to save him from it.
2) I used to only visit him and his family every CNY. However, this time when I went back to malaysia, we didn't go to his place to visit.
3) That means, he doesn't even know I'm Christian, cause I wasn't one last CNY. I couldnt help him in any way, even after overcoming the age barriers and blah.

Even though, I ain't close to him, but it still pinches me somewhere deep down inside.
It doesn't feel good at all.
Him moving on was like so sudden, so out of the blue, so unexpected.

I really can't bear the thought of more of my friends and family going to that fire place which just burns so very hot.
I really want to be able to say "See you in heaven" to everyone.
Yes, EVERYONE.

Its not going to be easy, but I know God would continue to draw people to Him.
I pray that the Holy Spirit would speak through me, so the Good news may be spreaded.

Please understand that I'm not trying to convert you guys or anything like that(Cause I used to think this way of Christians),but I just want you guys to know that there is a God who loves you, and it does break His heart to see you not believing His existence.

After all, He did send me beloved Son to die for us, so that we may have freedom, salvation, that we may be forgiven for our sins.

Just look at the lives you're living, I'm sure you agree we are better off than many others.

Why?

Cause God provided.

He put you in your family, your country, your community, your society, your school.
He planned everything.
He provided your parents with a job, so that they may bring you up and let you lead a comfortable lifestyle.

Of course, I'm not saying that being a Christian would let you be trouble-free.
It just means that you'll have a pillar of strength, you'll feel so very loved, you'll know how to live a fulfilling life, you'll have someone to turn to when you're down and out.

Actually, I feel that many non-Christians actually believe in God, one way or other.
They're just oblivious to that fact.
For example, I frequently hear non-Christians saying "Oh My God" or "Thank God"
Isn't that already believing the existence of God, by thanking Him and exclaiming that He's your God?
If you believe in Him, then why don't you see all that He's done and is doing for you?

I understand, cause I've been through this myself.
I used to pray only when there's trouble.
Like during exams, I'll just pray, to whoever, sometimes even to God.
Or when I wish that my brother would just recover in a miracle and start yakking away.

On the other hand, I would be bad-mouthing Christians,
finding them annoying for all they do is try to convert people(old thinking)

Then one day, it struck me that actually, I believed in Him all along.
Just that I only turn to Him when in trouble.
And other times, I'll be bad mouthing his disciples.
That isn't fair at all isn't it?
Why should He be helping me?
I really thank God for Jonas' persistent efforts telling me about Christ and bringing me to Church, aiding me to find a love so true.

I hope that you friends in the future, would be thanking God for my efforts.

I just want to do my very best, to be a living testimony and to spread the Word.
Thus, I hereby want to make myself do the following:

1) Love everyone, even if they are irritating/backstabbers/hard to like people, I'll help them when they're down.

2) STOP GOSSIPING about others.

3)Don't lie.

4) Study HARDDDD and do well.

5) Sing well in choir

6) Be consistent in Masterlife and Bible reading plan so I can answer others' questions and be so close to God that I know what He wants me to say to others.

7) Don't misuse tablet in class(!!!!!)

8) Help others when they're in need/down. Help less fortunate when able.

To end off, its back to my catchphrase, see you in heaven. (PS. There's no "I hope to" Cause I want to give it my best shot to save as many as possible).
